We are a young creative agency specialized in watchmaking, composed of outcasts. Our DNA and our philosophy is fueled within the magazine: 'heist-out'. Our philosophy revolves around continually pushing the limits within our industry with a creative and rebellious twist.
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer / Video Editor intern with a real eye and a real edge. Someone who doesn’t just “make things pretty” but understands why an image works, how a layout speaks, and what gives a video impact. If you can film on set as well, that’s a plus. Your role will support our creative team on watch related projects, mixing graphic design, video editing, and content creation with a strong sense of visual culture. You will work closely with project managers and creatives to help translate concepts into visuals that actually stand out.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. GRAPHIC AND VIDEO CREATION
Develop visual assets for digital and print: layouts, social posts, presentations, event materials and more.
Edit videos that are sharp, paced, intentional and aligned with each project’s tone.
Support motion design tasks when needed (simple animations, title design, cut downs).
Assist in filming sessions if required and help prepare visual setups.
2/ CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
Understand project requirements and help transform ideas into strong visual outputs.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions with references, moodboards and bold ideas.
Ensure coherence and quality across all formats you produce.
Bring a proactive approach to visual problem solving, not just execution.
3/ PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Help prepare files, exports, delivery formats and production assets.
Assist during photoshoots or video shoots when needed and help maintain quality standards.
Stay aware of visual culture, graphic design trends and video language to fuel the team.
